At FLEX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your new "HUSTLE" or "LIFESTYLE" sweatpants aren't exactly what you expected, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

The 7-Day Guarantee

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any reason.

Return condition :

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • Condition: The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.

  • Packaging: The product must be in its original plastic packaging with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene: Items with perfume scents, smoke odors, or deodorant marks will not be accepted.

  • Proof: You must provide your order number or the receipt received with your package.


How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Initiate the Request Go to our website and click on the "Request a Return" link in the footer, or log in to your account. Select the items you wish to return and the reason (e.g., "Size too large").

  • Alternatively, you can message us on Chat  with your Order ID.

Step 2: Approval & Courier Pickup Once we review your request (usually within 24 hours), we will arrange for a courier (Mandoob) to visit your address.

  • Timeline: The courier will arrive within 2–4 working days to collect the item.

  • Packaging: Please have the item ready in its original bag. You do not need to print any labels; the courier will have the tracking info.

Step 3: Quality Inspection Once the item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the fabric and the Zink Print graphic to ensure it is in original condition. This process takes 1–2 business days.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund After approval, we will issue your refund immediately:
